Didsbury’s lost American ice cream store

A performance commissioned by Didsbury Arts Festival 2017 inspired by my childhood memories of visits to an American Ice Cream store in Didsbury, where my big sister always chose licorice flavour ice cream, and which no-one else remembers.

Three impulses. One: Memory of a lost place. Two: Memory of a lost species. Three: Memory of a lost experience.
